The potential of the EC in Yishun

The tender for the exec condominium (EC) parcel at Yishun Ave 9 was granted to Sing Holdings Limited, after it submitted the top proposal of $373.5m, said the Housing and Advancement Board (HDB) on Friday 20 Nov. Released up for sale on 30 April, the 99-year leasehold parcel has an area of 21,514.0 square meter and a maximum gross flooring location of 60,240 square meter. It can generate approximately 600 housing units. The tender for the site closed on 29 October, with seven bids got.
